Policies


A deposit of 51% of the total stay price, including taxes, will be collected at time of booking.


We have a 30-day cancellation policy, which is firm and non-negotiable please, regardless of circumstance. This means that a reservation is fully refundable outside of a 30-day window of the check-in date, and the full amount of the stay cost, including tax, is not refundable inside this 30-day window.


  • CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time starts at 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM sharp. We are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, unless pre-arranged with us.
  • NO PETS: We have a firm no pets policy. Pets are not allowed in the inn rooms or Guesthouse. A $125 CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED for any violation. 
  •  Dogs are permitted at tent sites only (up to 2 dogs per site) and they must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times. 
  •  NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind is permitted in any of the inn rooms or Guesthouse. Smoking is only allowed in outside designated areas only. A $125 CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED for inside smoking. Smoking is allowed at tent sites. 
  •  NO CANDLES: Use of candles inside of the inn rooms and Guesthouse are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards. 
  •  Electric/gas griddles, portable electric/gas stoves, hot plates, or any other type of cooking apparatus, other than the included microwave, are not permitted in the inn rooms and suites.
