Front Desk Check-in Instructions

🗺 Where am I going upon arrival?

Here is a map to show you where the office is located on the property. It is on the front porch of the red house: Map to Office

• 1️⃣ To get to the office to check-in after turning into the property from Highway 101, travel down the gravel driveway on the far left (west) side of the property, to the left of the Granny’s Cafe building.
• 2️⃣ Continue to follow the green Office signs past the guesthouse, past the inn building, past the corral, down to the porch of the red house on the right where our front desk is located. (The green Office signs are reflective for visibility at night and will lead you right down to the office if you follow their directional arrows.)
• 3️⃣ Upon arrival at the front desk, firmly press the doorbell button for service, and we will get you registered, collect any remaining balances owed, and give you instructions on how to access your space.

Office hours are from 7 AM to 9 PM. The front desk at the office is not staffed after 9 PM. Check-ins after 9 PM would need to pre-register with us via our contactless check-in process* (see note below).

To check-out on your scheduled check-out date, please close and lock the door. If you could please send us a text at 360-302-3447 to let us know you’re headed out, we’d appreciate it. (Please know that our 11 AM check-out time is very firm unless prior arrangements have been made directly with us.)

➡️➡️➡️ *We do offer a contactless method of pre-registering with us before arrival, if you’d like to take advantage of that. Pre-registering affords you the convenience of being able to go directly to your inn room, tent site, or the guesthouse without having to personally check-in at the desk. It is quick and can be accomplished anywhere from a smartphone or tablet. Text us at 360-302-3447 with the reservation name and check-in date, letting saying that you would like to pre-register and we’ll send you the link to do so.
